The mission of the Yearbook ININCO / Communications Research is the effective and timely dissemination of scientific research being conducted at the Institute of Communications Research (ININCO) of the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV). Its objectives include: a) promote and disseminate scientific research from the academic community, nationally and internationally in the field of communication, culture and correlated disciplines, b) contribute to raising the scientific level and teaching at university level consciousness in making a collective commitment to socialize the work of scientific research and reflection, c) providing solutions to national, regional and international communication through the published results of their research and participate in those processes decision-making consistent with its objectives e) contribute to comprehensive and independent of Venezuela and influence the construction of democratic and open responses, human and free learning about complex issues-and not only thought- communication and culture. Its vision fruitful reflection on our society communicating democracy.
